Horrible by almost every measure

It is my first week and I have sold a few books and yet my account shows zero sales. I called customer service and they said they are "looking into it". That was several days ago and still no resolution. How hard is it to track sales? I am not sure I trust Amazon KDP to compensate me for future sales. I may pull the book and sell through Barnes and Noble and other sources instead. In summary, I would not recommend Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing to a friend.
